No. Every scan runs live LIDAR + AI Vision + Solar API calls that cost money on our side. Every roof scan on this site is paid — either per-scan ($9.99) or via a subscription ($49/mo and up).
Is per-scan bound to one address?
Yes. When you buy a $9.99 scan, the address is bound at checkout. The scan token that redeems the result only works for that specific address.
How long does a scan token last?
24 hours from purchase. Enough time to run the scan multiple times if the page reloads, but short enough that a leaked URL dies quickly.
If I subscribe later, do my per-scan credits roll over?
No — but you can cancel your subscription any time, and pay-per-scan purchases are one-shot by design. Subscribing gets you unlimited, so there's nothing to roll over.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit + debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Klarna, and Affirm — all processed through Stripe.
Refunds?
Because a scan runs real LIDAR + AI calls the moment the token redeems, we don't refund used scans. Unused scans within 24 hours can be refunded by email — support@checkmyroof.ai.
