Google Solar API · LIDAR-grade footprint
Google has flown aerial LIDAR over most US residential addresses. We pull the resulting roof polygons — exact area, per-segment pitch, azimuth — directly from their API. ±3% accuracy on roof surface area, ±2° on pitch. This is the same data EagleView charges $30–90 per report for.
Anthropic Claude Vision · AI inspection
Two satellite images (close-up + overview) are analyzed by the Claude Sonnet 4.5 vision model. It reports observed material, damage observations, condition score, notable features — with explicit confidence levels on every finding. Never fabricates damage. If image quality is poor, it says so.
NOAA · Storm history correlation
Every hail event, every windstorm, every tornado within a 5-mile radius of your address — going back 10+ years. Pulled directly from NOAA's Storm Events Database. We correlate severity, date, and your roof age to score insurance-claim viability.
Public records · Permit + parcel data
Building permits, parcel records, year-built data. Tells us when the roof was last permitted-and-replaced, the property's footprint, and the actual building age vs. the roof age. Pulled from county assessor APIs and Regrid parcel data.
