Slope-by-slope analysis
Each slope gets pitch, exposure, condition. Peril-specific logic for hail (spatter, mat fracture, collateral soft-metal) and wind (directional patterns, sealing distinction).
Code-cited supplements
Drip edge (IRC R905.2.8.5), ice & water shield (IRC R905.1.2), valley metal, decking re-nail, like-kind matching — every line tied to its code, manufacturer, policy, or trade-standard basis.
Integrity locked
Reports ONLY damage supported by evidence. Separates observed vs inferred. Flags non-peril causes and pre-existing conditions honestly. Says "verify locally" instead of fabricating.
